Ingredients
2 cups of sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of Hershey’s cocoa
3 cups of quick cook oatmeal
1/2 of peanut butter [smooth or crunchy]
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
(Lay some foil out on the counter to put the cookies on later.) On the stove, put butter in large bowl at low heat. Then put in the milk, sugar, and cocoa in bowl. Stir real good. When it starts to boil turn to medium high heat and start a one minute timer. When the timer goes off turn off the stove and put in the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir those in. Then when everything is mixed scoop the cookies, put them on the foil, and let them sit until hardened.
