PANCAKE PLANET PART 2

Commander Space, Cooper, and Mckenna get out of their new pancake spaceship. “Woah. I’m gonna go explore!” Cooper says as he walks away. “Bye! Commander Space, what experiments are we going to do?” Mckenna asks. “I was thinking about running some tests?” Commander Space replies. “Ok!” Mckenna responds. 

A few hours later

“Guess what I found!” Cooper shouts. “Let me guess aliens?” Mckenna answers. “No, something even cooler. Follow me!” Cooper starts running. Mckenna and Commander Space follow. “Look. I think it’s a portal.” Cooper says. “Woah. I’ve never seen anything like it!” Commander Space says. “Cooper don’t get any ideas!” Mckenna says as Cooper jumps into the portal. “Great. Guess we better follow him.” Commander Space and Mckenna jump in.

Then they were confused…“Wait-where are we?” Cooper says. “And why are there airpods, a nintendo switch, and an iPhone 13 in that glass?” “Hello, umm where are we?” Commander spaces asks a man. “The most famous museum. There are many but this ones the best.” The man says. “What year is it and why is there airpods, a nintendo switch, and an iPhone 13 in that glass?” Mckenna asks. “It’s 2050, pay attention. And airpods, a nintendo switch, and an iPhone 13 have been out of use for a long time. There are many exhibits here. We are in the technology exhibit. I better get going. Bye now!” The man walks out of the exhibit. “This is crazy but really awesome!” Cooper says. “We better get going.” Commander Space says. “Can’t we stay 5 more minutes?” Mckenna asks. “”Fine. But only 5 more minutes.” Commander Space replies. 

5 minutes later

“Ok, back through the portal.” Commander Space says. They all jump through the portal back to Mars. “That was fun! I learned a lot. Like some of that stuff was 3,000 years old!” Mckenna says. “We did some crazy things on this trip!” Cooper laughs. “Yes, yes we have.” Commander space says.

3,2,1, BLAST OFF! Commander Space, Mckenna, and Cooper all blast off. They are heading to Mars to do some expirementing. “Commander Space?” Asks Mckenna, “How much longer untill we get to Mars?” “Mckenna we litterally JUST blasted off, and its gonna take around 20 months” Commander space replies. “20 MONTHS ON A SPACE SHIP?! Awesome.” Cooper shouts.

Cooper and Mckenna are in the same 5th grade class. Their school is actually called Space Elementary. They were the 2 kids to get chosen for this Mars mission. Commander Space works for NASA. Cooper and Mckenna aren’t really sold on his name being Commander Space. But, if it’s not they plan to find out. Oh and don’t forget Rocket! Rocket is Commander Space’s dog.

The clock strikes 11:00 pm. Cooper heads to bed. “See y’all in the morning.” He says. “Night!” Mckenna and Commander Space say back. “I’m gonna head to bed to, I’m getting tired” Mckenna says. “Ok” Commander Space says, “But, if you don’t want to sleep in a box then go ahead and press the No Gravity button. The headband pillows are next to it” “Ok.” Mckenna says as she walks out of the room.

Mckenna goes over to the No Gravity button. She gets 2 pillow headbands, one for her, one for cooper. Then they start to float. “Night Mckenna.” Cooper says “Night Cooper.” she says back. They fall asleep.

BUT...

While the kids are falling asleep, Commander Space is jamming to the new Imagine Dragons song, Enemy. He starts singing. He sings kind of loudly “Ok Rocket. Quiet down. I know I’m singing loudly and the kids are asleep but it’s just not my fault that I have an AMAZING voice!”

All of a sudden the alarm sounds. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Commander Space runs to get the kids. “What did you do?!” He says furiously. “I have no idea! We were sleeping then all of a sudden.” Mckenna stops. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! “Well that happened” She finishes. “Commander Space what is this alarm for?” Cooper asks. “Oh umm its umm…” Commander Space starts. “Its, its, its the crash landing alarm…” “WHAT!!!” Mckenna yells, “WHAT ABOUT ALL MY SHOES!!!!” “Ugh, enough with the shoes!” Cooper shouts.

They start falling when all of a sudden, they hit something. The space ship slowly breaks apart. Lukily, Commander Space, Mckenna, Cooper, and Rocket all have their space suits on.”Whoah!” Cooper starts, “This place is awesome!” “My shoes! They are, are, DESTROYED!!!” Mckenna screams. She stands up, “Wait, what is this place?” Commander Space stands up. “I don’t know… I think we landed on a planet.” “Well ya, come on dude! You would think you figured that out by now!” Mckenna says with attidude. “I’m gonna go explore!” Cooper says.

A few hours later Cooper shows up. “Guess what! This planet has a TON of pancakes! And look! I made some friends!” “Hello humans. My name is Amethyst and this is Moonlight. We live here on Pancake Planet!” Says one of of Cooper’s new friends. “Wait, what planet are we one? And are you two ALIENS?” Mckenna asks. “You are on pancake planet, and yes we are aliens.” Amethyst says. “Cool.” Cooper says. “Can you help us fix our ship?” Commander Space asks the aliens. “Yes.” Moonlight repiles.

A few hours later…

“There!” Mckenna says. We finished it!” Cooper did a happy dance. “We fixed it, we fixed it!” He chants. “And it’s all thanks to ME!” “No, it’s all thanks to US.” The aliens say. “Fine thanks Moonlight and Amethyst!” “Yes, thanks a lot.” Commander Space says. “We couldn’t have done it without you! Okay Cooper and Mckenna! Get back into the spaceship we are going to Mars!” “OK!” Mckenna and Cooper say. “Bye Moonlight and Amethyst!” They finish. “Goodbye humans. Have a safe trip!” Moonlight and Amethyst wave bye. 

3,2,1 BLAST OFF! “That was fun! Mckenna starts. “How long until we get to Mars?” “Oh Mckenna.” Commander Space and Cooper laugh.
